Reference book for Iron Cross (1st & 2nd)

Are there any reference books (printed in English) that can be used for identifying and authenticating Iron Crosses? Thanks.

Obviously there is a need, since this is the third thread to ask this identical question in the past week or so.

One is in the works and will be out towards the end of summer, from what I have heard.
