No marked EK1 Opinon Please

I see this unmarked Ek1 on a website . Its pin-group looks not good . I have never seen this pin + the hinge together . I think its a fake Ek1 . What do you think about this Ek1 ? Is it a fake ? Thanks very much .

Thank you Stefan and Dave . You are right . I just find a picture of L58 marked EK1 , all the details are same to this one except hook for the pin . I will tell my friend , he must be very glad .
