EK II - Juncker?

Hi guys!
I just picked up this EK II, I was told it's a Juncker and it looks like one to me with the cross hatching?
It also has an "orange" vs. "red" color ribbon??
Just a beginner on EK's so opinions greatly appreciated!

I agree with Douglas, a Wachtler & Lange and not a Juncker. Still a good original piece though.
