I see nothing particulary wrong with it, but i don't remember seeing that kind of catch anywhere before.. I wonder if that's typical for any manufacturer..

I haven't a clue. It looks like the catches seen on some wound badges.

I agree with Robert, I have seen this catch before on some wound badges.

Not too sure which maker though, as the WB's were unmarked.

I have two S&Ls with catches like that. The beading looks pretty close too. And I don't see anything really radically different with the numbers either.
Anybody else?

Pyramidal Swas

Wow, what am I talking about, I just realised that I have an EK1 with the same Catch. And the swas is identical too, almost has that pyrimidal look to it, instead of being at right angles with the frame.

I am of the same opinion as George, unmarked S&L. Here is an example from my collection (also unmarked Steinhauer & Lück) to compare to:

That is an unmarked SL IMO..that catch is typical
