    Leather core EK1

    Well, believe it or not this EK has a piece of leather replacing the core. Its a marked L/11 and apparently this was done in the POW camp. Never seen this before...

    I heard of that before sometimes it was just a patch used to cover up the swaz

    In this case is there still a metal core??

      Nope, the core is gone. Here's another that has the core replaced by fabric... I couldn't afford them both, this one's not mine
