Hello there,
Have you checked the books to see if there was a DKiG recipient with the same initials on the day the reverse is engraved?

Oskar Kuch - 3.8.44
Otto Kamieth - 25.08.44
However, there is an Oskar Kraussel - 4.8.42I'd give my right arm to be ambidextrous.....

DKiG
Thanks alot for that info, I wish someone could say whether or not it is an original. I have looked thru the files here and as with so much of this stuff there are so many variations and opinions it is hard to come to a firm conclusion.
Thanks for any more help. Norbert
