      Sorry, but its not " same thing with different points of view".
      These two different types of one manufacturer. They are made on different technology. Look here types Deschler, from early to the late - http://www.dkig.net/en/deschler.php
      If you mean of a Winkler cross , I do not know. Probably there was a repair

            in realty the rivets of this cross is unusually for Deschler four rivets types, but this cross is without doubts original.
