    Jeremy,

To sell anything here on WAF, you first must become a member. It costs just $25 for a membership and gives a great wealth of knowledge to all collectors and sellers. I would highly suggest joining up.

Also, this is not the place to post sales threads. That is for the E-Stand.

Best of luck and happy Easter to you as well.

....except that, unfortunately, if this cross is all you are interested in selling, you will not make back your membership fee. I think the value of this piece is under $20 . Just wanted to let you know so you don't spend money just to sell this cross.

            Trevor,

Some people like some weird things in their collection. That is for sure. It's obviously lame that he sent you a message like that as anyone who has been around these forums knows you of all people are not like that, but if he got $50 bucks for it, grats to him. I don't know how and it makes me cry to see when people sell nice stuff and struggle to find a buyer (like me!) when people sell "low quality" pieces and find someone to buy fairly quickly.

All I know is since I started collecting Imperials, I haven't spent over $72 for a cross and most are in the $50s and that was for VERY nice examples. Perhaps the buyer is a TR cross collector and doesn't know Imperials tend to sell for roughly half the price and so they tough $50 was a good deal.

Regardless, that is a very nice cross you displayed for around $50

              Trevor,

BEAUTIFUL cross! Is the ring marked? I love the look of that large W and crown! (they seem larger than on the examples I own).

                Thanks, guys.

The one I showed is a typical cross by maker 'CD,' and the ring on this one was marked '800.' But I've since sold it...
