Spange opinion pls

Hi, just have this photo, its unmarked & missing one of the prongs.

I could be wrong, but I don't like it. Looks like it is trying to be a Big Eye spange, but not quite there. The feathers on the eagles chest, the #3 in 1939, and the wreath all don't look right to me. Not for my collection I'm afraid, but I'm not an expert either so we'll see what others say about it.

thats ok, its not mine it was in a shop and its nice to have a look at something, come to a decision and then find out if you were right or not, good field work. Thanks for looking
