Hi Dion,

All '2' marks on EK2s are controversial, with none being universally accepted as a genuine period mark. It is thought by many that Juncker never marked their EK2s, except rarely with L/12. Marks do exist that look like a 'Z' more than a '2' that some believe are wartime original marks, and others do not.

Iam sort of aware about that. Do you have any pics of an obverse of one that matches to a Juncker and is not abviously a post war stamped W&L or anything to that nature?

Sure.

This one is stamped with one of those "Z" or "2" stamps, and is almost certainly a Juncker:



George shows one HERE, also, although I'm not 100% sure what the cross is.
