EK I Screwback Question

Guys, did all or most EK I makers also make EK I screwback variants? If there is a good refernce book on EK's as well? Or maybe one on the way?

Greg, no not all EKI makers maded screwbacks, if you look at my collection that I have posted, all known makers are displayed (except L/14). There is an EK book in the works, both here in the states and one in Europe that I know. Jim
