Merit Cross 1st Class L/11

Could I please have some opinions about this Merit Cross? It is hard to tell in the photo but much of the cross has an almost frosted finish with only its edges being polished. Not sure if this can be correct.

Also for L/11 pieces, does the hinge and catch seem correct?

sorry a Fake !

this fake exists from few years but it seem to be made with a new L/11 stamp on it !
If you look at it too quick, you can see a Deumer stamp but it is different..

Be careful : from few weeks I have seen several fake EK1 with convincing Deumer like set up and this L/11 stamp !
