You have a nice case there that used to hold a Wound Badge, it seems (incorrectly). The square button is less common that the round. I don't believe this case is associated with any particular EK1 maker, but someone may be better informed. I would post this in Cases and Packets, as there are some sharp guys who lurk over there.

Yes, the Russian Hoard pieces all have the square push button. However not ALL square push button cases are from the hoard, obviously

a real good case for an IC 1st class !
maybe, for an IC from B. H. Mayer.
but other producer of IC 1st class also ues this typs of cases!

in my opinion you can try with a B.H.Mayer (26 or L/18) but not sure 100% that it 'll match with case, I say this because I bought a case like this for my 26 and L/18 but no one entered in good way..
