Chris, Deumer uses this type of hinge on awards but also fakes...I don't like overall the appearance and the construction of the EK, of course wait others more experianced opinions...

The obverse looks like Souval. The reverse looks like the hinge, pin, and catch might have been replaced.
Terrible pictures. There's no real reason to buy this cross.
