What is the maker's name on the packet?

The date is making me think Floch....... can you take a better pic of the front or back? So the inner corner detail is easier to see?

I thought the swaz would need to be in higher relief for a floch.
Would this be the same core, but different frame than the #1 marked floch?

Thanks for the help so far. These are the seller's pics, so do not have it in hand. Is there something else that would indicate a floch? Certain mark on the ring?
