Unidentified Cross Medal Please help

I am stuck on this one. Can anyone can tell me what it is? Real or fake?
Sorry if I put this in the wrong category. It has a cross so I figured it would be OK here.
It measures about 54mm tall. It is un marked on the back.

it may be some of the various common area badges, nothing special. 5-10$should be ok.
