Stick pins - any ideas?

The first one is ÖSTA pin which have been worn up to until Anschluss in 1938. Badges came in bronze, silver and gold and each class was awarded to a different age. It is comparable to DRL sportsbadge which replaced it after Austria was annexed by the Third Reich.
The ÖSTA org still exists today.

Thank you very much. I bought the Östa in Austria with the others so you will certainly be correct. Has it any value as a pin?
