Red Leatherette Case, 114 mm, red velvet insert with a backstand, 68 mm recess, faint 46 mm image of an iron cross in the top white silk insert. What medal or award goes inside this case??

it could be the box off the table medal for sinking the LUSITANIA in ww1 but im not to sure
