        Fernando,

        I'm not certain ring-stamped Junckers are accepted as period maker marks. The general concensus is they are frame-stamped.

          Hello Robert,

          then, the stamp is postwar?

            From what I understand from others, yes, postwar.

              Why don't you post the cross in another thread an let us have a look at the entire piece?
              Best regards,

                I would be interested in that cross as well to see what frame it has .

                        Ldo ek2 - l/57?

                        Robert;

                        Was there not a thread sometime ago where a member had a TR era WW1 Ek2 that was marked L/57? I believe that while 2 excellent photos of the cross were displayed, an image of the maker mark was not provided. To date, this is the only known case I have heard of an L/57 marked EK2.

                          This would be worth doing a search on. Thank you for passing this on to me.

                          Edit: Getting a 'warm' lead here...

                            As per Robert's request here is a 1914 EK2 stamped L/57, obviously a TR era made piece.
