Can I have your thoughts on the maker of this EK2 please?

If you've looked and looked and looked and still don't know, please post that rather than kill it with silence. I'd like to know the maker, or know if it's unattributable.

Josef, it's not a '75.' I guess this one will remain a mystery. I really like the shape of the frame.

Any other opinions/guesses are welcome. If anyone has a similar cross, please post it here, too.
