    Hi All,

Can I get some opinions on this Cross in Gold?

    Thanks in advance,

      Hi Bill,

I believe all models of Junckers, including the 5 rivet models, used a sculptured wreath. Someone will know for sure, but this one looks to me like a good copy of a pretty rare DK.
      Best regards,

Juncker used two types of wreaths. The earlier one is quite rare. But you are right - both have a sculpted wreath (i.e. leaf tips sticking out). Only Zimmermann and Klein (obviously) used the smooth rimmed wreath.

              Thanks, Dietrich.

For a novice, this DK looks pretty convincing. Twenty years ago, who would've known?

Late to the party here but I also think the numbers in the date are a dead give away!
The 1's are horrific in appearance!

Very nice as filler until you get the real thing.
