Iron Cross 2nd class

Hello to everyone. This is my first post so bear with me and I appologise if I sound ill informed on things.

Just received an Iron cross 2nd class. I'm unable to decipher who made it, On the ring it has marking. It is so small I cannot photograph it. It looks like a 0 with a w after it. Will try and load a photo of the medal if someone can tell me how to do it

in an original EKII you can find numbers starting from 1 to more than 130, probably you are reading it not correctly, Yes numbers are not so easy to take pics but you can read using lens. I hope we can see your cross later.

For example number 13 is usually difficult to read.

and it can be L/(number) too.

Hope for some pictures. We can compare cross and try to find out maker this way

As fabri stated it will have numbers as a 1939 cross with swaz, unless its a WW1 imperial 1914?

there is possibility that 1939 EK can have ww1 ring with ww1 maker. I saw VL 28 or something like that.
