Small version of EK2 ? opinions needed

hi,

before moving this ek2 to the e-stand section i would like to discuss it first. compared with all my ek2 it is smaller in every way. any comments on this ek2?

The one on the left looks like a wide frame version.
The one on the right looks normal dimensions.

have you measured them ?

the right one is about 44mm x 44mm and the left one about 45mm x 45 mm

Hi,

44x44 mm is STANDARD size, "Schinkels" are the "small" size at about 43 mm(rare Prinzens excepted). 45 mm is a bit larger than normal, but not Ubergrosse size, which is about 47 mm. It sounds like your "small" size is a stock-standard EK2 as per LDO regulations.
