    EK1 Identification

I am not very good with identifying makers of EK1's. This one is part of a KC group, and is well worn, in fact it has actually been bent out of shape. It was awarded 19 Nov 1943. The KC was awarded in April 45, so the fellow likely experienced a lot of action during the last year of the war. I Have done a search on this forum, but I am having a hard time on finding the maker. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you Mark. I was not sure if that was a makers mark or just damage. I would have never made that out to be a 7. You have good eyes.
