Seems there are some cores like this (just cores not painted) on the market with this 1939 date.
In my opinion are fakes. I 'll compare them when I 'll find one of them.Comment

The "19" in 1939 looks horrid. And the date overall reminds me of Floch. Not something I'd buy.
