Gents,

Yet another spange from the dealer that has tried to send me two duff spanges. Would you give me your thoughts on this one please? Only the 3 pictures I am afraid.

It worries me that there is no gap above and below the date...

Also very close gap between head and wing

Most dates touch the sides of the box.

The give away is the mounting of the pin and catch, both have a plate under them. Also, the very poor numbers in the date. Do a search for Raptor fakes and also read the Floch article (about page 7) and you will get a good idea what to look for. Jim
