dont know cases, but the EK is good. Terrible pictures but a good cross.

Both case and cross are original...though i like the condition of the case better than the cross.........

A Fritz Zimmermann is a very nice cross to start with. Yours looks very nice; congratulations on a very nice set. Often you find the maker mark stamp located in the middle of the pin as well...
