    Rk k&q 800

    Hi,

I know it would be difficult to determine but can someone give some opinions on this KC, K&Q which is marked 800 on the cross and on the loop....

    Thanks.

You're right that it's hard to say for sure, but it looks like a good K&Q. The "flaw" is just visible on the 12 o'clock arm, where it should be, and the Öse looks right for the maker.

I wouldn't actually spend any money without better photos, though.

As already mentioned. Looks ok, it has the bit fat donuth ring and the 12 o'clock flaw.

          KC by K&Q

Cross looks, as far I can see, good to me.

But I do not trust the loop.

Since there are so many K&Q Knight's Crosses available every day, I would wait for one that you believe is wartime made.

It is the one maker of Knight's Crosses that I have no interest in owning.

Interesting, Bob. There do seem to be a lot. Personally I like the K&Qs without the 12 o'clock flaw, but with the other flaw. This is what I've learned from helpful members here, who I trust.

                  Hi Martin,

You can compare yours to mine since the pictures are tough to tell from. -Ger
