EK2 "55" Question

Hello People,

I bought this EK2 as one "55", but no is possible see the mark of manufature in the ringe... 55 is the correct manufature???

IMO, it is not a '55'.

here is my maker marked '55' , these are sometimes said by collectors as an ugly EK because of the bad beading but i think they have character IMO yours is not a '55'

I agree, does not look like a 55, which always seems to have that sloppy beading.

As this cross stands it would be put down as unmarked, collectors like
to see a good clear mark.

My guess for this EK2 is unmarked. I am not sure about this EK2's manfacturer. Some EK gurus will chip in and tell you what is this maker of that unmarked EK2.
