EK2 Help Please Identifying Maker?

Hello All,

Adding to the EK2 collection and recently picked this one up. Would like a maker name for the placard - any ideas? (The frame looks similar to a couple S&L EK2s I have...)

It is 3-piece construction, the core is magnetic. It measures 44.5mm H x 44.5 mm W and weighs 18.8g.
