RK Document 1945, Opinions Please

I have been offered this RK document and I am trying to determine whether or not it is authentic. Please let me know what you think. He has not come up with a price, but has been very fair with other items I have bought. If it is real, what would be a fair price?

That is terrible! I also would like to see some of the other items the seller was "very fair with" as after seeing this I suspect He may be selling loads of fakes! He must have no Honor? Is His name Charlie?
I would post the "other items" for opinions and if found bad? be asking for My money back!

Bad, bad, bad. It's a complete and utter forgery. A pretty bad one at that.......


What other documents have you purchased from this individual? You might want to post them in the paper/document forum for review. Not accusing anyone of anything, but this doc is 100% bogus and if I were you, I'd double check anything else purchased from the same person offering up this forgery.
