Help with frames and a core

Hi guys,,
could you cross gurus help me with these cores and what appears to be a frame stamping?
the batt. on my digital calipers is dead but when I try to fit the core in a EKII frame, the corners touch the swaz pretty bad,,not just a case of a little filing,,
is it possible the core is from an RK?? where the cores on those slightly larger?

Someone told me this core may be for a fake "rounder"???

I believe the frame stamping is for a schinkel???

The core and frame are both from a fake production in my opinion.

What about it makes you think its a fake,,,construction,,,size,,material,,etc??

It is not an item produced in the timeframe from 1939-1945.
That is why it is a fake. The core and frame does not match a know EK from that period of time. That is what Peter and Ischak is trying to tell you.
