Hello George,

That would be my opinion.

A Souval frame, with die flaw on the 3 o'clock arm rather than the 12, and the skinny swas Orth core with the level 3, all lead me to call it as you have.

Stu is correct, a nice early wartime example! I am not to excited by Souval crosses due to continued post war production, however this is one to be excited about!

This is a very nice cross, one I would be happy to add to my collection of Souval's. The minor paint loss to the core gives the cross real character.
