I think what Peter is saying is that the EK2 spange on the ribbon is fake, which I agree with.

How about the 1st class? Overall it doesn't look that bad, but look at the eagle's head--his beak has been bobbed? Is it damaged, over-filed, or ?

A clearer pic would help, but I see similar characteristics between it and the dreaded "Raptor-foot" fake.

In my opinion the left wing edge is to straight and the eagles beak is so close to the wing. I marked the areas with red arrows.
