Please give me your thought and opinions on this spange and
especially the paper bag !!

The spange is an L/18 B. H. Mayer, and the packet is by another maker. I really am no expert when it comes to packets, but the letters and numbers on the front of the packet look bad. The irregular spacing in the date looks wrong.

Thanks Robert for the info, if the papper bag is not original to this set
it should reflect the pricing quite a bit i guess ?

Spange

I looked at this last night and thought the price was high then (once converted to $$). Did a search in the packet forum for spange envelopes and there are differences and most noted is the corner cut on the back, should be close to 45 degrees, send Marcus a PM and ask him to look. I really like the spange as it is mint. Jim
