Hi guys, i've got this KVK1 without swords for sale, one potential buyer told me that this is a FLOCH fake, Please express your opinion about this mm L15 cross

It sure looks like a Floch ; needle tip has been pinched off and the rust on the catch , .... steel nickel plated it looks like . And the veins on the front oak wreath . Here is the comparison again .
