spanish cross without swords

Hi guys , i have just been sent this sc, the seller says it belonged to his mothers cousin who was in the ss i also have been sent his bwb and a gab thats doesnt look too good, but this cross looks ok to me but have been caught out before with one of these ,any help appreciatedit looks very similar to the one piece sc thats on estand to me at the moment ,i hope, cheers Dave

the catch is squashed shut
