The so called "micro 800" is a Knights Cross or Ritterkreuz (RK). Never heard of a EKII "micro 800".

Mostly because collectors are willing to pay the price. They are one of the higher awards, and highly collected.

The RK series were the highest awards for valor, hence the prices. Depending upon maker, condition etc... it can get very expensive.
