Hello there, the cross looks like a Souval, not the best pictures but possibly period time. The disk looks odd to me... material, strange maker mark... don't know really about it.

Screwback is definitely fake, or at a minimum not for an Iron Cross. The cross looks like a Souval, which means it's tough to say when it was made (wartime or postwar) but it conforms to standards for an accepted authentic Souval from the war, I think.Best regards,
