    new ek2 i just got today anyone know who the maker maybe looks like its marked just cant tell what it is

        Looks like a maybauer, so it's either a "7" or, if you're lucky " L/13"

            Is the core magnetic ? Looks like brass shwing on the core chiped spots .....
