Any Ideas on this Convex EK1 Please

Hi Guys

This EK 1 has no maker's mark and appears to have been made convex after manufacture, as the frame is lifted in the centre. Any ideas on maker please?

I gave this one to my son when he got his degree and he is curious about a maker.

I was thinking a S&L too but could not see the bead connector well enough . Post manufacturing hand vaulted cross .

It is definitely a S&L cross and it has been vaulted later by its owner.
