Wanted to show off my Christmas present

This was a Christmas present from my beautiful and lovely wife, a mint Luft. cloth DK in gold. I have always told her from the beginning not to ever attempt to buy me any "nazi stuff", she just had to do it, and look what she comes up with??!! After 5-1/2 years of marriage, 1.99 kids and 2 dogs, she can still seem to surprise me sometimes.

Looks very nice to me indeed, I hope your wife was equally rewarded with a nice present and a big thank you. Please remove that nasty sticky label from the reverse though as the sticky crap they use in the tags can damage your nice cloth DK, may need to carefully use a soft cloth slightly damp to remove any residue left on the reverse of your DK.

      Merry Christmas!!!

        Hi Dez,

I already tried to remove it, but it wasn't budging from the think paper backing material and didn't want to rip it, so I am leaving it there for now. I will try the damp cloth and hopefully it will come off then.

Yes, my wife got nice new curtains in the dining room, a nice glass cooktop and, the above all else, an hour long message at her favorite place.

        Thanks for looking.

        Tom

Tom, a very nice present indeed! Just a thought on the sticker, I've had success with a product called Goo-Gone. Carefully put a couple of drops directly on the sticker and let it soak for a day. Most of mine have come off fairly easily after that. Just don't rush it!

            Christmas

Congratulations on your Christmas gift, understanding and generous wife, and your .99 child (I assume he/she is due soon?)! My wife has bought me some of my nicest items for my collection as well!
