L/18 Spange Copy

I believe this is a cast copy of the EKII L/18 spange. I don't like it but am trying to help another person by definitely getting an answer.

The problems I have with it is:

1. Pitting
2. Cast overflow around the wings
3. smooth talons
4. Overall softness of the spange
