First EK2 for comments

Dear all,

I recently started collecting and picked up the Ek2 below, MM 65, K&Q.

It's nice condition, has taken a bash on the 12 o'clock arm so is tiny bit misshapen, but looks nice overall. Core is perfect, rattles a bit.

As a beginner I'd appreciate a few comments on this as I'm seeing the dealer soon and will take it back if no good.

Hello Tony,

Welcome to WAF. The K&Q have been called the most Teutonic looking of all the EK and IMO they are a fine cross to add into a collection. With time you will find that many EK, particularly Imperial, have cores that rattle around in their frames. That is not something to be concerned about. Looks like a keeper to me.
