I think it's fake because of the gaps between the wings.

Seller indicates in his listing that it comes with a cert. from Niemann.
Probably fake also. Seller has a number of items up most with cert.

I believe this is the same spange, which is a well known fake...

The casting on yours is much softer/colder than the piece I offer, especially in the talons.
