    Presentation EK2 Battle of Britain

    Gents,
I have never heard of nor ever seen such a case - does anyone else have one?

    No, I don't. (But apparently I can for only 5K! )

The EK11 case is a new one for me.

I have seen similer EK11 cases with no emblem on the top of the case.

        Interesting.

looking the place come from....is not the stick with the name extremely new for 70 years old??
the condition of the EK2 doesn´t match with the case,...I don´t believe on this set.

'These sets were awarded for actions during the Battle of Britain by the Luftwaffe.'

Is this backed up anywhere other than by the seller?

                Marc,

This is the first I have seen of this type embossed case in all my years of collecting.

. . . maybe you'll get a e-mail from craig asking you to state otherwise

interesting case and never seen it before...

The leather, inside material etc. looks IMO good/wartime. It needs a close inspection in hand to be 200% sure...

The EK1 is a bit suspicious. The frame is a typical Orth while the core seems to be made by Godet or Zimmermann.

anyway, your literally paying $4500 just for the large ek2 case, thats the most outragoues price I have ever seen

Never seen a EK2 case like it - a special converted/adopted DK case with an oversize EK2 insert . Over presenting/honouring an EK2 ... why not do this for the EK 1 or give him a KC ?
                              PS : the EK2 is a Juncker with a 3rd W&L core .
