              Yes, in my opinion it is the same manufacturer. You can find it magnetic or non magnetic.

                Hi Adrian and others :
                A maker I am not familiar with , so could have had different cores and frame dies . It is close...... but deffinatly not a match . Did they get parts from many makers . Back after work .

                  I don't think the cores match, I should've pointed that out in my original post but I do think there are very similar features on the frames, maybe made a few years apart and with some re-working of the dies and finishing technique.
