EK picked up in Ukraine

My father picked this up for me in western Ukraine from a local dealer. I'm always a bit weary about buying things there since there are tons of fakes around, but figured I'd get some opinions on this one. He also brought back another medal which I assume is a service award and one other piece. Here are the pics. If this is the wrong place feel free to move the topic

I like them all, but the WB I think was not a Gold one

The WB is a black that was probably painted gold by someone wanting to make a buck or two.

You are so right, a '75'. That crazy '3' in 1939 is a distinguishing feature.
