    EK2s marked '950' and '5'

    Hello all,

Gabenn asked me to upload some crosses he'd been offered to buy. Please give some help whether they are good or not! And for the silver content marked the maker too if it is possible.
    Thank you!
    Balázs

    '950' stamped:

Is this a good Hermann Wernstein?

      Hello Fabri,

I have seen the IC marker "5" in Gordon Williamson's book ( The Iron Cross of 1939, on the 47. page) that the number "5" is not same and the little ring there is on the border of frame in Gordon's book, too.

      Best regards Gabenn // Gabor

        Hello Fabri,

I got a news! The Cross is original but the mm "5" is post war -"5" Hermann Werstein is not a official marker-, what the "2" and the "8", too.
I got this information from Grüni.

        Best regards Gabor // Gabenn
