1957 KC of IC HELP

Today, I saw a 1957 KC of IC. It was marked on the reverse lower arm, either 925, 935,825 or 835. Did not have a magnifer with me nor a magnet, so not exactly sure of marking or if magnetic. It did not appear to be three piece construction. Can anyone tell me what to look for in these??? It is cased with ribbon, but has a longer thinner suspension loop. Is this proper???

Price is $400. Is this reasonable???

you can buy these from $150 to $200 in the case and if you go to:

they sometimes have them for around $170.00 usd in the case...
